Staging is the art of preparing a home for sale. A staged home will be appealing to almost everyone who views it. A staged home is de-personalized and neutralized without being sterile.
Why have your home staged?
A staged house will stand out as the best of its competition no matter what the real estate market is doing which makes it likely to sell faster in a soft market and for more in a hot market. Staging is about creating a positive emotional response in most everyone who walks through the door. I like to call it the "WOW" factor. If a potential buyer walks in the door and says "WOW", that positive emotion is carried with them as they tour the rest of the house.
