It is one of the most played sports in the world. Some play volley ball for fun, with family and friends. Others do it for competition or to keep them fit. This game is played by 12 players, 6 players on each side. The court is a rectangular one divided by a net. This game can be for men or for women. For men the net height is 7 feet and 11 inches and for women the net height is 7 feet 4 inches. During the game, the aim is to serve and pass the ball over the net to the other side. The opponent must not let the ball touch their court instead throw it back to the serving team. When the ball touches the court of one side, it gives a point to the other side. The game is competed with the best of 5 innings. An inning completed is 25 points.
